About delivery and shipping charges

Delivery date
Items in stock will usually be shipped within 2-3 days after payment is confirmed.
If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance.
Shipping method
Delivery will be made by Yamato Transport.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically, but the actual shipping cost may differ depending on the product combination and quantity. In that case, we will inform you of the recalculated correct total amount by email. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
Shipping costs (tax included) are as follows:
Nekoposu
Products with the above mark can be shipped via Nekopos.
Nationwide flat rate: 385 yen

*The item will be delivered to your mailbox. Please note that if it does not fit in your mailbox, it will be returned to you.
*We cannot accept date or time specifications.
*If there is no nameplate on the postbox, etc., the package may be returned. To avoid non-delivery, please be sure to write your name, address, and room number correctly.
*If you order more than the limit quantity or if you order products that are not eligible for mail delivery, your order will be delivered by Takkyubin Compact or Takkyubin even if you request Nekopos. Please note that we will also charge you the difference in shipping fee.
* Compensation for loss or damage during delivery is limited to 3,000 yen (tax included). When ordering items worth 3,001 yen or more, please be aware that full compensation is not available and choose your shipping method accordingly.
*Please note that we cannot take responsibility for any refunds, returns, or exchanges for loss or damage after delivery has been completed. If you would like reliable delivery and compensation, please use Takkyubin Compact or Takkyubin.
*For any issues that arise after delivery has been completed, please contact the Yamato Transport Service Center directly.

This service is available for packages that fit into the Takkyubin Compact box (25cm x 20cm x 5cm).

・Free shipping for purchases over 22,000 yen (tax included).
*If you are unable to receive your package due to an unknown address or long-term absence, the product will be returned to our store. We will charge you the actual cost of return shipping and redelivery fees.
Packaging Information
Our store is mindful of the environment and strives to provide eco-friendly shipping, such as adjusting the size of cardboard boxes depending on the size of the product and refraining from using air cushions (bubble wrap) as much as possible for items other than fragile items. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Date and time specification
You can specify the delivery date and time only if your order is delivered by Takkyubin Compact or Takkyubin.
Delivery dates can be specified from the 5th business day after the order date.
To specify a time slot, please choose from the following five categories and enter your choice in the "Notes" section of your shopping cart.
① Morning ② 14:00-16:00 ③ 16:00-18:00 ④ 18:00-20:00 ⑤ 19:00-21:00
*Please note that delivery may vary depending on circumstances.
*We may not be able to accept requests for specific delivery dates depending on the delivery area.
When the orderer and the shipping address are different
If the orderer and the shipping address are different, the package will be sent as "pate." and will only have the orderer's name on it.
Example: Sender: pate. (Request from ~)
As with regular packages, a purchase receipt without the amount listed will be included.
If you have a specific sender , please write it in the "Notes" field in the shopping cart.

About PayPal

Convenience store payment
The administrative fee for convenience store payments is a flat rate of 190 yen (tax included).
Please make payment at one of the convenience stores selected on the payment method input screen within 3 days from the date of your order.
*Convenience store payments must be paid in advance. We will arrange for shipping after confirming your payment.
*Please note that your order will be automatically canceled if the payment deadline is exceeded.
・Payment procedure
1. Select [Convenience store payment - KOMOJU] on the payment method selection screen and click [Complete order]
2. Select the convenience store where you want to make the payment
3. Click [Payment] to complete the payment.
* Just to be on the safe side, it would be a good idea to take a screenshot or print out this screen and write down the number.
4. You will receive an email with payment instructions, so please pay at a convenience store.
5. Once payment is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number.

About smartphone payments
Smartphone payment is an electronic payment service that allows you to make payments using a QR code or a dedicated app on your smartphone.
・Payment procedure
1. On the payment method selection screen, select [Smartphone Payment - KOMOJU] and click [Complete Order]
2. If you are using a smartphone, the app will automatically launch and the payment screen will be displayed. If you are using a PC, please scan the QR code displayed on the screen with your smartphone to complete the payment process .
*We do not provide support regarding how to use the app or withdrawal methods, so please contact the relevant payment company.
About Shop Pay
This is a payment service provided by the online shop system "Shopify".
If you save your address and credit card information in Shop Pay, you can easily make purchases next time by simply entering the 6-digit Shop Pay code (SMS authentication) .
To change, add, or delete your registered shipping address or credit card, please do so on the Shop Pay website login screen (external site) .
